iCloset is an easy to use app that allows users to take their closets on the go. Not only can you access your own personal closet, by using iCloset, you can share outfit ideas with friends and family and similarly can look at their iCloset’s as well. iCloset stores all of your outfit choices as well as items you wish to buy in the future.

iCloset is extremely tech friendly and allows for users to
share their outfits and ideas in many different ways. iCloset works hand in
hand with Twitter & Facebook to provide a safe and easy way for all
users to share their desired outfits. If you would like to show your entire
sorority for example an outfit you put together for a themed party, you can
very easily upload this outfit to your sorority’s Facebook group or Twitter
page.
Safety is #1 Priority
Online users are always worried about safety and privacy
specifically parents in regards to their children. iCloset takes every
precaution to ensure that each account is completely private. If you decide you
would like to share your iCloset with specific people, iCloset has a feature
that allows for you to type in the names of the people you wish to be allowed
to view your iCloset. These people are then given access to your iCloset and if
they would like to reciprocate and allow for you to see their iCloset, this is
allowed as well. iCloset has many different privacy settings so that each
person can customize their own page to be as private or public as they would
like.
iCloset works very hard to ensure the safety of each of
their members and takes privacy very seriously. Some tips we would like to
provide for our users would be to make sure you are never inviting someone you
are not family or close friends with to be able to view your iCloset. Similarly,
we feel it is best to limit the amount of people you allow to view your
outfits. With this in mind, iCloset allows each user to share outfits with 5
different people per week. Once you have sent outfits to 5 different people,
iCloset will turn off the sharing capability until a week has gone by. In the
same sense, iCloset will only allow you to receive outfits from 5 people a week.
These restrictions are made so that iCloset upholds the promise of keeping each
user safe and their outfits private. You don’t want anyone stealing your
brilliant outfit ideas anyway!
Social media is probably the most important part of getting an app out there. Using Twitter and Facebook is the best way to communicate with the social world and advertise through social media. Once your app is known and doing well then security and safety is very important. I think this is a large part of making this program successful.

With Social media and Facebook being the primal way of getting the app out there, the tips given are exactly what people should do so they don't have any problems with hackers or viruses. Knowing that the app is promoting security and stressing how to avoid problems, increases my interest and trust in the app.
